Healthy Lifestyle
A key part of managing health care costs is helping our employees lead healthy lifestyles. That’s why we have established independently managed health resource centers at our major campuses. These centers feature:
- Nurses who administer allergy shots, perform basic screenings, and provide personal health coaching and nutritional education.
- Access to materials on a variety of health issues through a current resource library.
- Regular lunch-and-learn sessions led by nurses or other experts on timely health-related issues.
- A lactation room for nursing mothers.
We also offer onsite fitness centers staffed with personal trainers and a variety of healthy food choices in our cafeterias.
